I have to say I am impressed with the way Hitech has handled my move from electric
hot water to Heat pump hot water.
Hitech negotiated and replaced the previous heat pump hot water tank
which did not meet my requirements due to absent smart features at no cost within a short 2 month period.
The professionalism demonstrated by this company and its agents are welcome change compared to most other

I had a Heat Pump Hot Water system installed by HiTech. I made several inquiries to
other companies, but in the end, I am so happy I went with Hitech Hot Water. The sales co-ordinater Brooke
and the installer manager Hudson are very helpful and so good to deal with. Hudson did the organizing with
the plumber to install at my convenience. Billy the plumber did a fantastic job on the installation, I do
recommend Hi Tech Hot Water.

Emerald 300E Heat pump
The installation was prompt as my gas water heater had a water leak. The
communication with the help desk via email and phone were responsive. The Emerald 300E heat pump powerful
enough to maintain the hot water at 50 degrees during winter.
